The device is compact and well-made – those are the positive aspects. What really bothers me, however, is the lack of any useful accessories for practical use. No DC plug possible, no suitable compact 240V power adapter of the same brand that could be used to charge directly from the socket. Instead, I have to buy a 600W power supply separately in order to use the full charging capacity at all. And the necessary connection cable is not included and must be ordered separately. Do you seriously expect every customer to solder the cable themselves? This missing plug-and-play solution is neither customer-friendly nor user-friendly. For the price, one should be able to expect to unpack the device and use it immediately – instead, a frustrating search for compatible accessories begins. A well-thought-out bundle offer or at least the most basic cables included in the package would have been the absolute minimum.
