**Return Window**
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

**Non-Returnable Items**
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been installed, used, or damaged due to improper use
- Electronic components (ESCs, motors, VTXs, flight controllers) that show signs of use or burn damage
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Consumable items (batteries, propellers, etc.) once opened

**Return Process**
1. Contact us at support@uangel1988.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We will respond within 1–3 business days with return instructions
3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped

**Refunds**
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

**Defective or Incorrect Items**
If you received a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
